  Zodiac’s system automatically flags any dictation which is not transcribed in the prescribed turn around time and alerts the supervisor. Regular reports assure that workflow is maintained and the process is streamlined.
 
  STRICT QUALITY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE
  Zodiac’s Customer Support Team works closely with clients to improve the quality of service at each stage. A U.S.-based Zodiac customer support executive regularly solicits client feedback and informs the operations facility about the client’s comments.
